<p>Disclosed is a hydrate of a compound as shown in Formula I. In Formula I, R represents H or a cation capable of forming a pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The mass percentage of water in the hydrate is more than 8%. The hydrate has good stability. Moreover, disclosed are a preparation method and a use thereof.</p>
