PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardening device capable of correcting change of rugged shape dimension when a workpiece on which the rugged shape is formed, especially, correcting change of diameters of a recessed part and a salient part.SOLUTION: A hardening device comprises: a first mold part 10 for holding a heated workpiece W; a reference wall face facing to a step difference face forming the rugged shape formed on the surface of the workpiece W held by the first mold part 10; projection parts (151, 152) projecting toward a top face forming the rugged shape formed on the surface of the workpiece W held by the first mold part 10, and having inclination faces (151b, 152b) inclined to the reference wall face so as to come close to the reference wall face as going to a base end side from a tip end side; and a second mold part 20 for applying pressure to the workpiece W held by the first mold part 10 to a direction parallel to the reference wall face. |
