PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic for makeup which is rigid against vibration or shock, is excellent in color development, is elastic, and has a new feeling.SOLUTION: A solid cosmetic for makeup contains 45-55 mass% of an oily component, 40-50 mass% of a powder component, and 2.5-7.5 mass% of a partial cross-linked type organopolysiloxane polymer, and further contains 20-30 mass% of 2-ethyl hexanoic acid cetyl as an oily component in the cosmetic. |
