PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having high conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The solar cell includes: an n-type silicon substrate which has a p-type semiconductor layer on a first main surface and an n-type semiconductor layer on a second main surface; a passivation film which is provided on the first main surface and includes an SiOfilm and an SiNx film; and a contact electrode for the p-type semiconductor layer, which is provided on the first main surface and is in contact with the p-type semiconductor layer via the passivation film. The contact electrode for the p-type semiconductor layer is constituted of a conductive metal containing Ag and Al and further contains W. |
