<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device capable of preventing malfunction of a check valve used for the device and of preventing a cutting oil or the like from intruding externally into the inside of a case.SOLUTION: The case inside of a rotary table device is partitioned into first and second spaces. The pressure of the first space is controlled to be higher than that of the second space in a stationary state, and in an optional timing, the magnitude relation of pressure reverses to heighten the pressure of the second space more than that of the first space. Thereby, a check valve provided between the first and second spaces is periodically and forcibly closed to prevent the check valve from malfunctioning, and the intrusion of the cutting oil or the like from the outside of the case is prevented.</p> |
