1. A method of treating breast cancer in a subject in need of treatment, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound of formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-7 alkyl, C3-20 heterocyclyl, C5-20 aryl, C1-7 alkoxy, C1-7 haloalkyl, halo, amino, cyano, nitro, ether and thioether, or any two of R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 may be taken together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted ring; and R6 is selected from hydrogen and optionally substituted C5-20 aryl; or an isomer, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
