The tablet dispenser comprises: a drive roller that is rotatably provided to a drive shaft; a trailing roller that works together with the drive roller to hold the sheet part of PTP sheets, and is driven by the drive roller to feed PTP sheets; a pressing roller which rotates coaxially with the drive roller and/or the trailing roller, and is positioned so as to press the tablet holding part when the PTP sheet is fed out, enabling tablets to be dispensed; and a PTP sheet guide device having a guide part that positions and guides the feeding of the PTP sheets. The PTP sheet guide device is equipped with a first interval adjustment mechanism for varying a first interval between a guide part tip and the outer surface of the pressing roller. |
