Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thermally-conductive adhesive film, comprising: forming on a substrate a non-solid thermally-conductive adhesive layer with cured particles; and forming several bulges on the non-solid thermally-conductive adhesive layer and curing same at the same time, so as to form a thermally-conductive adhesive film with several bulges. Also disclosed are a thermally-conductive adhesive film and an OLED panel. Forming several bulges on the surface of a flat thermally-conductive adhesive film increases the surface area of the thermally-conductive adhesive film, so that the heat emitted from a heat-generating body can be removed in a timely manner.
