The embodiments of the present invention relate to a capacitive touch panel, a preparation method for the capacitive touch panel and a display device using the capacitive touch panel. The capacitive touch panel comprises a colour film substrate and an array substrate which are oppositely arranged, wherein the array substrate is provided thereon with a touch-control sensing line (27) and a touch-control scanning line (26) which cross one another; the colour film substrate is provided thereon with a touch-control sensing auxiliary electrode (21) located above an overlapping region of the touch-control sensing line (27) and the touch-control scanning line (26); and the touch control sensing auxiliary electrode (21) is connected to the touch-control sensing line (27).
