This remote controller (101) is equipped with: an operation unit (11); a power generation unit (12) which generates power by operation of the operation unit (11); a signal generation unit (13) which is actuated using the power generated by the power generation unit (12) and is capable of outputting signals of types corresponding to the content of operations of the operation unit (11); a storage unit (15) which is actuated using the power generated by the power generation unit (12) and stores the content of output signals from the signal generation unit (13) in a non-volatile manner; and a transmission control unit (14) which is actuated using the power generated by the power generation unit (12), and when operation of the operation unit (11) satisfies prescribed conditions, transmits a wireless signal which includes information corresponding to the content of the output signals stored in the storage unit (15).
