摘要 Provided in the present invention are an adhesive nanoparticle including a catechol group; a method for manufacturing the same; a complex having the adhesive nanoparticles adhered on a base material; and a method for manufacturing a complex which can continuously control discharge of drugs. The method for manufacturing the adhesive nanoparticles comprises: a first step of preparing a third polymer including one or more of a first polymer which can be combined with drugs and one or more of a second polymer which is more hydrophobic than the first polymer; a second step of forming nanoparticles having the second polymer located inside and the first polymer located outside by self -assembly of the third polymer; and a third step of combining a catechol group with the surface of the nanoparticles.
