<p>Disclosed are a vehicle sudden brake alarm device and a method thereof. The vehicle sudden brake alarm device includes an another vehicle information receiving unit receiving vehicle safety information, including information received by global positioning system (GPS), from another vehicle; a user vehicle information receiving unit collecting user vehicle information, including information received by the GPS, from a user vehicle; a control unit determining a sudden brake alarm generation condition of the user vehicle with respect to another vehicle based on the vehicle safety information and the user vehicle information if a sudden brake event signal is included in the vehicle safety information received from the another vehicle information receiving unit; and an output unit outputting a sudden brake alarm in accordance to the determination result of the control unit.</p> |
