<p>The present invention relates to a protein antigen of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) SAT 1-typed genetic recombination, a monoclonal clone antibody, and a diagnosing method using the same. As one example of the diagnosing method using the protein antigen of SAT 1-typed FMDV genetic recombination and the monoclonal clone antibody, the following step (1) to (11) can be performed: a step (1) of making an antibody of SAT 1-typed FMDV react on a plate; a step (2) of washing the antibody which is not attached to the plate, and removing; a step (3) of making protein of SAT 1-typed FMDV genetic recombination which is a diagnosis antigen, react on the plate; a step (4) of washing the protein of SAT 1-typed FMDV genetic recombination which is not attached to the plate, and removing; a step (5) of making a test serum sample react on the plate; a step (6) of washing the test serum sample which is not attached to the plate, and removing; a step (7) of putting a monoclonal clone antibody of SAT 1-typed FMDV in the plate and making the monoclonal clone antibody react; a step (8) of removing the monoclonal clone antibody of SAT 1-typed FMDV which is not attached to the plate; a step (9) of making an anti-mouse antibody, with which horseradish peroxidase enzyme is combined, react on the plate; a step (10) of washing the anti-mouse antibody, with which horseradish peroxidase enzyme is combined, that is not attached to the plate, and removing; and a step (11) of measuring absorbance of color reaction due to an enzyme reaction to measure the level of SAT 1-typed FMDV antibody in the test serum sample.</p> |
