PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set plural types of exposure time for each pixel block composed of one or more pixels, in a solid-state imaging device for sequential read out.SOLUTION: On the basis of pulse selection information SP outputted from an exposure time management part 209, a reset pulse control part 210 generates a selection signal for allowing each pixel block to select one or more reset pulses from N reset pulses included in a PD reset signal for one vertical period. A pixel block resets the PD of the pixel block by using the selection signal supplied from the reset pulse control part 210 and the PD reset signal supplied from a V scanner 203. |
