PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a display medium that can improve the accuracy of display colors when applying, to the display medium, a voltage with a pulse width according to the density of the display colors, compared with the case where the voltage application timing for each of a plurality of pixels is not considered.SOLUTION: A driving device 20 drives a display medium 10 encapsulating movement starting voltages that move according to an electric field formed between a display substrate 1 and a rear substrate 2, and a plurality of types of particle groups having different color from each other. The driving device 20 includes a control unit 40 that controls a voltage application unit 30 to apply, to each of a plurality of pixels of the display medium 10, a voltage with a pulse width according to the density of the cyan particle group 11C before applying a voltage with a pulse width according to the density of the red particle group 11R. |
