PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device assembly that eliminates the need for a pulse compressor for compressing the pulse time width of laser light emitted from a mode-synchronous semiconductor laser element and an incident to a semiconductor optical amplifier.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser device assembly includes: a mode-synchronous semiconductor laser element assembly composed of a mode-synchronous semiconductor laser element 10 and a dispersion compensation optical system 110 in which laser light emitted from the mode-synchronous semiconductor laser element 10 is incident and emitted; and a semiconductor optical amplifier 210 amplifying the laser light emitted from the mode-synchronous semiconductor laser element assembly and composed of a laminated structure of group-III-V nitride semiconductor layers. |
