<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of reducing unnecessary operation delays.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a plurality of memory cells retaining data; and sense amplifiers amplifying the data read from the respective memory cells. The plurality of memory cells include: a memory section divided into blocks each including a plurality of memory cells sharing one sense amplifier; a command decoder receiving commands from a controller that transmits commands for instructing the memory cells to operate; and a timing adjustment unit receiving address information for identifying a memory cell instructed by the command from the controller to operate, determining whether a latest memory cell that is the memory cell identified by the latest received address information and a previous memory cell that is the memory cell identified by the previously received address information are included in the same block, and adjusting timing at which the controller transmits the commands based on the determination result.</p> |
