According to the present invention, a composite waterproof sheet manufactured from a high-strength long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer and capable of being constructed by two methods of selectively exposing a urethane waterproof layer and an inorganic waterproof layer. The composite waterproof sheet comprises: a high-strength long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer; a urethane waterproof layer formed on one side of the high-strength long-fiber nonwoven fabric layer; an inorganic waterproof layer formed on the other side of the high-strength long-fabric layer; and a top layer coated on the inorganic waterproof layer.
