FIELD: motors and pumps.SUBSTANCE: body of the rocket motor contains a space suit with flanges located in polar holes of the bottoms, coated from inside by thermal-protective coating from the rubber-like material with rings in the face parts near central holes of flanges. From the side of internal surface, at least, in one flange a number of blind threaded holes are made along the circumference, coaxial with the flange holes, and in the ring the through holes with counterboring surfaces from the inside, coaxial with the flange holes are provisioned. In the holes the screws, screwed into the flange aflush with the ring surface and covered with the thermal-protective coating material are located. The holes in the ring are designed with the diameter allowing screws to be shifted with reference to the hole centreline at various thermal strains of the flange and the ring. The ring is designed from the laminated composite material and is located inside the mass of thermal-protective coating material with output to the central hole of the flange, forming with the latter a uniform surface of the central hole.EFFECT: invention allows to improve the reliability of the body of the solid fuel rocket motor.8 cl, 4 dwg |
