FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for usage in the capsule holder of a machine with an injection needle for food products preparation. The injection needle is supported with an injection plate and intended for introduction of single liquid stream into the capsule during passage into the capsule. The capsule contains a shell with side, a lower and an upper walls forming a chamber for a food product. The capsule contains an upper peripheral flange. The upper wall of the capsule is sealed on the peripheral flange and contains embedded sprinkling means having a hole arranged so that to enable the needle accommodating without perforation of the sprinkling means and transformation of the single liquid stream from the needle into at least one stream directed into the capsule chamber.EFFECT: invention ensures good characteristics of the product dilution and/or extraction and does not cause liquid counterflow or the needle contamination.5 cl, 7 dwg |
