PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like structure body using a linear structure body of carbon element, having extremely high thermal conductivity and electric conductivity, and to provide a process of manufacturing the same, an electronic apparatus, and a process of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The sheet-like structure body includes: a plurality of CNT 3a; a coating material 5 that, by making a first part at one end side of the CNT 3a a non-coated state, coats a second part at the other end side; and a filling material that fills gaps among the plurality of CNT 3a. A deformation amount of the CNT 3a at the first part is larger than a deformation amount at the second part. |
