PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation air conditioner capable of ensuring the longer life of a humidifying element and keeping an indoor environment comfortable.SOLUTION: A ventilation air conditioner comprises: a total enthalpy heat exchanger 21; an air conditioning coil 22 heating air supplied from the total enthalpy heat exchanger 21; a humidifying element 23 provided with a moisture permeable film tube 92 which is formed of a porous moisture permeable film and to which water 80 is supplied, and heating the air heated by the air conditioning coil 22 by steam evaporated from the moisture permeable film tube 92; and a control unit 17 controlling the air conditioning coil 22, water supply to the humidifying element 23, and water drainage from the humidifying element 23. A temperature of blown air 82 humidified by and blown out from the humidifying element 23 varies depending on the water drainage from the humidifying element 23. If the water drainage is performed on the humidifying element 23, the control unit 17 controls a capability of the air conditioning coil 22 according to a predicted temperature for the temperature of the blown air 82. |
