PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that reduces a thickness of an electronic apparatus in a thickness direction.SOLUTION: A smartphone 10 (an electronic apparatus) includes: a battery housing 13 (a housing); a sheet 16a; and a microphone 15g (a conversion device). The battery housing 13 (the housing) has a flat shape and includes: a battery housing rear surface 13b (a surface) substantially perpendicular to a thickness direction T of the battery housing 13; and a ventilation groove 13d (a groove) extending on the battery housing rear surface 13b in the direction substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction T. The sheet 16a covers the ventilation groove 13d thereby forming a duct 18 (a first ventilation path) extending in the direction substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction T. The microphone 15g converts a sound wave transmitted through the duct 18 into an electric signal.
