<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that protects an electronic circuit from ESD.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a circuit to be protected; a first current source connected between a first power-supply terminal and a first power-supply input terminal of the circuit to be protected; a second current source connected between a second power-supply terminal and a second power-supply input terminal of the circuit to be protected; a first protection circuit connected between the second power-supply input terminal and the first power-supply terminal, and releasing an ESD current from the second power-supply terminal to the first power-supply terminal via the second current source; and a second protection circuit connected between the first power-supply input terminal and the second power-supply terminal, and releasing the ESD current from the second power-supply terminal to the first power-supply terminal via the first current source.</p> |
