PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rubber composition for a tire having improved low rolling resistance and steering stability than conventional levels.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including blending an inorganic filler containing 50 to 120 pts.wt. of silica with a diene synthetic rubber of 100 pts.wt., blending a silane coupling agent of 5 to 15 wt.% of the silica amount for mixing, then blending S-(aminoalkyl)thiosulfate represented by the following formula (i) and a metal salt thereof of 0.03 to 5 pts.wt. with 100 pts.wt. of the diene synthetic rubber for mixing.
