<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker freed from the problem of the conventional cooker, in which the cooked rise has an excess water content and is not sufficiently steamed so that the rice remains sticky but is not crunched.SOLUTION: A cooker is configured to perform: a first step of receiving a cooked object 3 in an inner pot 2 and heating the inner pot 2 by a heating part 4; a second step of raising a container 5 by container raising means 6, after the first step; a third step of discharging a solution 15 in the inner pot 2 to the outside of the inner pot 2 by a discharge part 7 after the second step; a fourth step of lowering the container 5 by the container raising means 6, after the third step; and a fifth step of heating the inner pot 2 by the heating part 4, after the fourth step.</p> |
