摘要 The present invention provides a membrane having a controlled microscopic structure, a terahertz wave detector provided with this membrane, and a method for manufacturing the membrane. The membrane contains two types of polymer that melt in a common solvent and separate into two phases, the volume of the lower-side phase being smaller than the volume of the upper-side phase when melted in equal amounts in the solvent; and has a membrane structure in which the solution obtained by melting the two polymers in the solvent is dispersed and cast onto a support body and the solvent is removed, whereby a plurality of particle phases of the first polymer among the two types of polymer are disposed in a dispersed manner along the membrane plane on the continuous phase of the second polymer. The particle phases of the first polymer have a fixed size, the fixed size being within the range of 1-1000 µm.
