This invention provides a moisture-harvesting device whereby moisture that can even be used as drinking water or the like can be harvested from the atmosphere. Said moisture-harvesting device is provided with the following: an atmospheric-air intake device (2); an atmospheric-water-vapor converter (1) that is provided with a mechanism (8) for reducing the pressure of the atmospheric air taken in by the atmospheric-air intake device (2) and also has an internal cooling unit (9) that cools the taken-in atmospheric air to extract the water vapor therefrom; and a water stopcock (19a, 19b) via which the water obtained by the atmospheric-water-vapor converter (1) is extracted. A filter device (4) is provided upstream of the water stopcock (19a, 19b) and has first through fifth filters that remove foreign matter from the water obtained by the atmospheric-water-vapor converter (1), making it possible to harvest, from the atmosphere, moisture that can even be used as drinking water or the like. |
