Disclosed are a single sign-on system and method in a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environment. The single-sign-on system in a VDI environment, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a VDI service server for providing a virtual desktop environment to a user terminal according to a request from the user terminal; and a VDI authentication-interworking gateway for receiving VDI environment information on the user terminal from the VDI service server and performing user authentication of a target system in the virtual desktop environment by using the received VDI environment information. |
