<p>The present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same. Disclosed is the non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprising, by wt%, 0.005% or less of C, 1.5-3.5% of Si, 0.1-0.5% of Al, 0.5-1.5% of Mn, 0.02-0.2% of P, 0.005% or less of N, 0.001-0.005% of S, 0.005% or less of Ti, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities; and Mn and Al satisfy the formula of composition that is [Al]/[Mn]<=0.5. Here, [Mn] and [Al] mean wt% of Mn and Al respectively added.</p> |
