The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing functional particles, the method comprising the step of dispersing a polymeric solution containing an inorganic material in a continuous-phase solution using a porous membrane, and to functional particles using the same. Through the method, functional particles with a uniform size can be manufactured at low manufacturing costs and dispersion of the inorganic material in the functional particle can be improved, and thus functional particles capable of performing high functionality can be provided.
