<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is to acquire sensing data about a reliable threshold voltage from pixels corresponding to a driving transistor or organic light emitting component when the pixels are in a temperature equilibrium state by measuring the threshold voltage of the driving transistor or organic light emitting component (organic light emitting diode) of the organic light emitting component in a display panel. After determining whether the threshold voltage of the pixels in the display panel is out of the range of a reference voltage, if variable within the range of the reference voltage, the sensing data acquired from the display panel is used as sensing data for deterioration compensation to improve the deterioration compensation performance. Meanwhile, by reflecting the cancelation effect between the increase of the threshold voltage due to the deterioration of the pixels and the decrease of the threshold voltage due to the temperature increase of the pixels and setting a new reference voltage, it is possible to accurately determine whether the pixels are in a temperature equilibrium state.</p> |
