The present invention relates to an emergency escape device for public facilities. The emergency escape device includes: a fixing case; a rotational case opened/closed while rotating about the fixing case by a hinge; a locking module to lock or unlock the fixing case and the rotational case; a device body installed in the public facilities; a foldable tube-type slide received in a folded state inside the device body and forming an emergency escape passage while spreading outward of the public facility when gas is filled; and a gas charging unit provided in the device body to charge the gas in the foldable tube-type slide.
