The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for a long fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin which comprises: a raw material supplying part (10) supplying a thermoplastic resin and an additive; a glass fiber supplying part (20) supplying glass fibers; a mixer (30) mixing a resin composition in which the thermoplastic resin and additive are mixed and the glass fibers; and a twin screw (35) having screw wings (36) for transferring the resin composition while cutting the glass fibers by being arranged in the inner space of the mixer, wherein the twin screw includes a cutting part (A) for cutting glass fibers by repeatedly forming constant gaps (B) in which the screw wing (36) does not exist. A manufacturing apparatus for a high intensity thermoplastic composite according to the present invention is able to continuously supply long fibers of a proper length by transferring a mixture of resin compositions and glass fibers while cutting the glass fibers into the proper length and improves the resin impregnation rate of the glass fibers by supplying the glass fibers by separating the glass fibers by sections.
