The present invention relates to a novel polypeptide including an efflux ability of O-phosphoserine (OPS); a precursor of L-cysteine; a polynucleotide to code the polypeptide; a vector including the polynucleotide; microorganisms to produce the OPS wherein polypeptide activity is strengthened; a method to produce the OPS using the microorganisms; a cystein or a manufacturing method of cystein derivative comprising a step of making the manufactured OPS react with sulfide under O-phosphoserine sulfhydrylase (OPSS) or microorganisms to express the same.
