摘要 <p>The present invention provides a system and a method for acquiring a slice image in a blood vessel using an optical coherence tomography (OCT) device and an imaging catheter, the system for acquiring a slice image in a blood vessel comprising: a micro-catheter inserted into a blood vessel so as to assist the forward movement of another catheter; a micro-wire for guiding the forward movement of the catheter connected by being inserted into the blood vessel; an OCT imaging catheter including an optical fiber, which is connected to the micro-wire so as to be inserted into the blood vessel according to the forward movement of the micro-wire; and an OCT module for acquiring reflection information on light irradiated by the OCT imaging catheter, so as to convert the same into a slice image in the blood vessel. Thus, the insertion and the forward movement of the micro-catheter, the micro-wire, and the OCT imaging catheter or the like are controlled so as to increase accessibility of the catheters to the lesion region even in a narrow and meandering blood vessel such as a cerebrovascular system.</p>
