<p>The present invention relates to a method for providing data type calling information. According to the present invention, the method for providing data type calling information executed by a device capable of directly or indirectly reading a call connection signal originated from an originating terminal comprises: a first step of storing a reception side phone number registered in a data type call connection information service and the data type call connection information of the reception side by mapping the data type call connection information service and the data type call connection information; a second step of discriminating the target of a data type call connection information service for the reception side phone number of the call connection signal originated from the originating terminal; a third step for discriminating whether the call connection signal is a data network based call connection signal capable of supporting a call when the reception side phone number is the target of the data type call connection information service; and a fourth step for providing the data type call connection information mapped with the reception side phone number to the originating terminal when the call connection signal is the data network based call connection signal capable of supporting the call.
