<p>A battery pack and a portable terminal having the same are provided to sufficiently support a terminal plate from an external force even when length of the battery pack is reduced. In a terminal plate(103), a plurality of terminals is equipped. The terminal plate is arranged on a protection circuit board. A cover surrounds a battery cell, the protection circuit board and the terminal plate. A terminal plate supporting unit includes the first and second support units(109.111).
