<p>The present invention relates to a method for removing noises in binary images based on the frequency distribution of partitioned regions. The method for removing the noises in the binary images based on the frequency distribution of the partitioned regions includes the steps of: receiving an external binary image and copying the external binary image in a storage space; determining the start location of the partitioned region in the binary image; generating a frequency distribution function of the partitioned region; and removing the noises in the generated frequency distribution function for the partitioned region. The method for removing the noises in the binary images based on the frequency distribution of the partitioned regions according to the present invention obtains a high noise removal effect in comparison with a Gaussian filter, a median filter, or an erosion operation.</p> |
