PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of adjusting to obtain an appropriate brightness irrespective of existence of external light.SOLUTION: The luminaire includes: plural light sources 1 the luminance of which is adjustable; an illumination intensity sensor part 4 that detects the illumination intensity in a predetermined range illuminated by the light emitted by the plural light sources 1; a storage 7 that stores a correspondence relation between the distribution of the detected illumination intensity and the light sources 1 as the control target; a determination section 3 that determines whether the illumination intensity within the detection range exceeds a predetermined value; and a control section 2 that determines a light source 1 as a control target on the basis of the distribution of the detected illumination intensity, and when the determination section 3 determines that the illumination intensity is not larger than the predetermined value, increases the luminance of the light source 1 as the control target by increasing the illumination intensity in the predetermined range to make the same closer to the predetermined value, and when the determination section 3 determines that the illumination intensity is larger than the predetermined value, reduces the luminance of the light source 1 as the control target by reducing the illumination intensity in the predetermined range to make the same closer to the predetermined value. |
