PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandbag-shaped construction material that can be used permanently because a conventional sandbag as a construction material is limited to temporary application.SOLUTION: A sandbag-shaped construction material 1 is configured by packing a filler material 3 in the inside of a bag 2 having an opening on an upper part like a conventional sandbag, and sealing an upper opening 4 with a sewing machine or welding. Particles having hydraulicity such as cement are contained as the filler material 3. Also, fibrous materials may be added. The bag 2 has water permeability in a portion or all thereof. Namely, the bag 2 may be weaved like jute bags and have water permeability in all thereof, or may be configured to have water permeability in a portion by forming rectangular-shaped through windows 6 in a bag body 5 formed of materials having no water permeability like plastic bags, and stretching (sticking) a net 7 from the inside of the bag body 5 to the windows 6. |
