PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack system capable of properly determining disconnection abnormality in the battery pack system.SOLUTION: A battery pack system 10 including a battery pack configured by connecting a plurality of battery cells 11 in series comprises: a voltage detection wiring part 12 connected to each electrode of the plurality of battery cells; voltage detection means 20 connected to the wiring part and detecting as cell voltage a voltage between both electrodes of each battery cell; a filter circuit 13 provided in parallel to the battery cell on the wiring part and including a resistor and a capacitor; a discharge circuit 23 connected to the wiring part and capable of discharging the capacitor; discharge control means 40 discharging the capacitor in a discharge period shorter than a prescribed time with the discharge circuit 23 in each prescribed time; and abnormality determination means 40 determining disconnection abnormality of the wiring part, based on a change in a detection voltage detected by the voltage detection means caused by discharge by the discharge control means. |
