PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a matching error of a first code and a second code, and to also make a card unseparable against injustice, by putting the second code in a visible state while making the first code invisible in a state before separating the card, in a constitution having separably the card and displaying mutually associated first and second sheets.SOLUTION: In the constitution for displaying mutually associated PIN code 21 and POS code 22, by mutually sticking sheet parts 10, 20 and 30 by folding up in a Z shape, the sheet part 20 comprises a card part 24, and the PIN code 21 and the POS code 22 are displayed on a sticking surface with the sheet part 30 of the card part 24, and the sheet part 30 has a hole part 31 in an area opposed to the POS code 22 in a state of being stuck to the sheet part 20, and the sheet parts 10 and 20 are separably stuck, and the card part 24 is separably constituted from the sheet parts 20 and 30. |
