PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of performing operation control suitable for a user by simple arithmetic processing even when heat quantity supplied from a heat accumulator to a heat load cannot be grasped sufficiently.SOLUTION: In a cogeneration system 10A, a controller 20A controls an operation of a cogeneration device 11A after setting a control variable, which is a variable according to heat demand of a user, for each unit time set in advance. Also, when a heat storage amount detected by a heat amount detector 13 is deviated from a target range of the heat storage amount set in advance, the controller 20A controls the operation of the cogeneration device 11A after changing a setting value of the control variable in the unit time thereafter.
