<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion device that performs high precision and stability A/D conversion in a simple circuit configuration by dispensing with DEM.SOLUTION: A subtracter 1 subtracts an analog voltage from a D/A converter 6 from an input analog voltage to be output via a low pass filter 2. A parallel stochastic A/D converter 3 A/D-converts a filtered analog voltage to digital data. A variable level digital quantizer 4 digitally quantizes the digital data to output a first bit code of digital data. The D/A converter 6 D/A-converts the digital data from the digital quantizer 4 to an analog voltage to be output to the subtracter 1. A decoder 5 decodes the first bit code of digital data from the digital quantizer 4 to a second bit code of digital data. Specifically, at least either a quantization level of the digital quantizer 4 or a mapping table of the decoder 5 is set so as to minimize an error in the D/A converter 6.</p> |
