Provided is a touch panel that uses a multi-layer resin base material, is more compact and lighter weight, and reduces warping caused by differences between the linear expansion coefficients for each resin layer. This capacitive touch panel comprises: a transparent resin base material (2); a transparent resin layer (3) formed upon the surface of the transparent resin base material (2); a decorative printed layer (5) formed on the outer edge section of the rear surface of the transparent resin base material (2); and a warp prevention layer (7) formed so as to cover the rear surface of the transparent resin base material (2) and the decorative printed layer (5). |
