The invention relates to a brush-commutated direct-current motor, comprising a stator, which bears a plurality of exciter poles, and a rotor, which can be rotated about an axis of rotation in relation to the stator and which has a plurality of pole teeth. A plurality of windings is arranged on each pole tooth. A commutator arranged on the rotor has a plurality of bars, wherein each winding is connected to one of the bars by means of a first winding arm and to another of the bars by means of a second winding arm. In addition, a plurality of shorting jumpers is provided, each of which electrically connects two windings to each other and for this purpose is arranged on at least two bars of the commutator. The plurality of windings of the plurality of pole teeth is formed by a plurality of wire revolutions, wherein each wire revolution comprises at least one winding of each pole tooth and shorting wires that connect the windings and is wound from a continuous wire. In addition, a first wire end (20) of the continuous wire (2, 2A, 2B) is connected to a first bar (L1-L24) and a second wire end (21) of the continuous wire (2, 2A, 2B) is connected to a second bar (L1-L24) different from the first bar (L1-L24). In this way, a brush-commutated direct-current motor is created in which the windings and shorting jumpers can be wound from a continuous wire without the required axial installation space being too greatly increased thereby. |
