Piloting a pressure regulator (1) comprising: a shutter (3) in a flow duct (2) defines a narrowing and moves to modify the cross section of the narrowing to cause a pressure drop in the operative gas; a motorisation chamber (4) communicates with an area (2b) downstream of the shutter (3) and delimited by a first movable wall (5) connected to the shutter (3) so that the increase in the delivery pressure causes a corresponding movement of the shutter (3) to reduce the cross section of the narrowing, and vice versa; a compensation chamber (6) distinct from the motorisation chamber (4), filled with a compensation gas and delimited by a second movable wall (7) connected to the shutter (3) to transfer on it the pressure force of the compensation gas. The pressure of the compensation gas is regulated, moment by moment, as a function of the delivery pressure. |
