<p>The invention relates to devices for surgical use, for healing and for personal hygiene, wherein, among other components, the following are arranged: a layer of organic cotton or bamboo fibres, arranged so as to be in contact with the skin of a user; a layer of non-woven fabric, wherein a central area is occupied by an element consisting of polypropylene fibres and thermostable elastomers, into which nanometric powder of tourmaline is absorbed; and a layer opposite the first layer, formed from materials which allow the "ventilation" of the device and simultaneously form a barrier against humidity. The invention also relates to the use of the nanometric tourmaline powder in said applications.</p> |
