A high-voltage electrode body and an ozone generator. The high-voltage electrode body comprises a plasma-treated ceramic layer, an alloy layer, and a flexible cushion layer. The ceramic layer, the alloy layer, and the flexible cushion layer are arranged sequentially along the thickness direction of the alloy layer, while the thickness directions of the ceramic layer, of the alloy layer, and of the flexible cushion layer are identical. The ozone generator comprises a ground electrode and the high-voltage electrode body. The high-voltage electrode body is tightly affixed to the ground electrode via the ceramic layer. When the alloy layer and the ceramic layer are subjected to an external force, the flexible cushion layer provides a cushioning effect, thus allowing the ceramic layer, when subjected to a partial impact of the external force, to deflect the exerted impact via the flexible cushion layer and to not be easily broken. |
